Living your full potential

Activity involved each participant describing what he could do to improve himself and bring about a positive change in himself and the world. Some examples included – becoming a doctor, going to the Olympics in swimming, helping one’s friends, and becoming organized. Strengths and weaknesses were discussed and facilitator discussed how to overcome weaknesses and strengthen the strengths in order recognize and to live the full potential of oneself.

Super Hero

Super Hero Game: Just like how the Super Heros wear masks to play their role, we also wear masks throughout the day performing different roles. All relationships — enemy or friend, father or son, wife or husband — have overwhelmed you that within yourself you can neither find nor know your own being. In Love and Devotion you can come face to face with your own face. The day you find your real face, you don't need a mirror because the whole cosmos reflects your face and that's the face of God too!
